



BHW REFRESHER TRAINING
The team conducted a BHW Refresher Training at the Barangay Health Station of Barangay Gaulan, focusing on enhancing the skills of Barangay Health Workers in blood pressure monitoring and glucometer use. Through discussions and hands-on demonstrations, the activity refreshed their knowledge on proper measurement techniques, screening, and monitoring of hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
This initiative highlights the important role of BHWs as frontline partners in promoting early detection, prevention, and better health outcomes within the community.





RPO HEALTH EDUCATION
The team conducted a health education activity focused on Responsible Pet Ownership, highlighting the importance of proper pet care, animal welfare, and preventive measures that help protect both animals and the community. Through interactive discussions and knowledge-sharing, participants gained a better understanding of their role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for their pets.
The activity emphasized that caring for animals is also a way of promoting public health and strengthening community well-being.

HYPERTENSION CLUB REGISTRATION
The team conducted the registration of residents for the Hypertension Club in Barangay Gaulan as part of the initiative to strengthen community-based hypertension prevention and management. The activity included updating participant records, orienting members on the club's purpose, and introducing the services and activities that will be offered through the program.
The registration marked an important step in establishing a support system for individuals with hypertension, encouraging regular blood pressure monitoring, medication adherence, and active participation in health promotion activities within the community.
